Rita is an independent Process Transformation Consultant and Mentor, and ex-SVP at Bank of America. She has a strong track record of change management in a matrix organization involving collaboration and influence across multi-cultural and varied functional teams. If “changing the way we work”, is the focus of an organization, Rita has given an outside-in perspective to the as-is and to-be processes, charting a course collaboratively and then driving collectively for outcomes.

Having a bias for data has enabled Rita to master the craft of redesigning processes using LEAN principles, reducing waste in the system and focusing on customer value. While structural change is important, its acceptance and impact can be sustained only through mindset shift in leaders. Rita has conducted workshops for leaders with relevant case studies, data and context to drive performance in uncertain times.

Rita is a strong advocate of gender diversity in the work place and therefore takes special interest in mentoring women leaders to navigate the corporate gym and unlock their potential to accomplish personal goals. Rita is a confident public speaker and communicator.
